Services

Prestige Homecare & Wellness provides non-medical, private-pay in-home care services to individuals and families in Illinois. Services do not include medical care, skilled nursing, or clinical services.

Services may include personal care assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, respite care, meal preparation, and transportation assistance, as agreed upon in a service plan.


Private-Pay & Payment Policy

Prestige Homecare & Wellness is a private-pay agency. Services are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Check
  • Cash
  • Affirm financing (Buy Now, Pay Later)

If Affirm is used, payment terms and repayment schedules are managed by Affirm. The client remains responsible for all service charges regardless of Affirm approval or repayment status.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.


Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.


Client Responsibilities

Clients or authorized representatives agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment
  • Communicate care needs accurately
  • Notify the agency of schedule changes
  • Treat caregivers respectfully

Prestige Homecare & Wellness reserves the right to discontinue services if safety concerns arise.


Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Client information is kept confidential and disclosed only with consent or as required by law.
